About
Ian Hoge is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose work is rooted in both clinical psychology and mindfulness. Having lived in four countries and attended ten schools by the age of 18, his own experiences with change and anxiety inspired a lifelong search for healing and personal growth.
That journey led him to study meditation, mindfulness, yoga, energy healing, and psychology. Ian earned his Master's degree in Clinical Psychology in 2013 and has since dedicated his career to helping others cultivate greater resilience, emotional well-being, and self-awareness.
Over the years, Ian has served as a mindfulness educator and clinician in schools, private practice, and wellness organizations. His training spans Zen Buddhism, Hinduism, secular mindfulness, energy healing, and yoga, allowing him to integrate evidence-based psychology with contemplative practices in a practical, compassionate approach.
