Hello -I received a Masters from Smith School for Social Work. I am a psychotherapist with a mind-body focus, and a solutions oriented focus. I am grateful to be licensed in Texas for 25 years. I serve clients ages 18 and up. Upon starting with a client, I offer immediate tools to reduce and release anxiety and stress. I focus on enhancing self-trust. I specialize in burnout, compassion fatigue and anxiety, stress and chronic worry. I use somatic exercises to deepen the work. In addition, relationship wellness is a key focus.
