About
Maybe you understand why you respond the way you do, but still find yourself stuck in patterns that are difficult to change. I work with adults navigating trauma, Complex-PTSD, shame, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of trauma, relational harm, or sexual exploitation. Therapy offers a supportive space to better understand what’s beneath your responses, develop tools to manage distress, and move toward greater choice, connection, and healing.
I have specialized experience supporting survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking, as well as adults impacted by complex trauma, sexual trauma, and relational trauma. I also work with the effects trauma can have on self-worth, boundaries, relationships, shame, dissociation, and patterns of self-protection or survival.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-focused, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I integrate Parts Work, EMDR, somatic approaches, and other evidence-informed methods to help you understand survival responses, build practical tools, and develop greater flexibility in how you respond to yourself and your life.
I provide virtual video therapy to clients located anywhere in Texas, Indiana, and Michigan.
