Ednaly is a passionate therapist who focuses on each individual’s story and life experience. She offers a safe, non-judgmental and therapeutic environment. Ednaly has experience with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems. She can assist you in navigating life stressors, developing healthy coping skills, and increasing your communication abilities. With strong beliefs in a collaborative approach when working with clients, Ednaly will help you create tangible methods to reduce anxiety and manage anger or other intense emotions.
Ednaly holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (Counseling) from Southern Connecticut State University. She has fourteen years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families on various issues, including substance use, relationship issues, childhood trauma, and depression. She also has a great deal of experience helping clients navigate stressors associated with legal matters, the Department of Children and Families, Adult Probation, and more. She offers a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Addiction Recovery Management, Relational Resilience Therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
