Denise Williams

Hello, my name is Denise Williams, and I am the Executive Program Director at Operation Inclusion Reentry Solutions. With a focus on Trauma-Informed Care for justice-involved individuals, I bring extensive experience as a Peer Support Specialist and Trauma-Informed Coach.

I have designed and facilitated the Decarceration of Incarcerated Trauma program, leveraging my 2 years of direct facilitation experience and a total of 16 years working with justice-involved individuals. My journey includes personal experience as a formerly incarcerated individual, which deeply informs my commitment to supporting and advocating for this community.

I am passionate about implementing trauma-informed approaches that foster healing and empowerment among justice-involved individuals. I am eager to collaborate with like-minded professionals at TP Health to exchange insights and contribute to initiatives that promote equitable access to healthcare and holistic wellness.
