Christina Carty

Christina Carty serves as Director of Operations, Grants and Special Projects for Jefferson Health – New Jersey, providing strategic leadership across ambulatory and community-based healthcare initiatives. She oversees multidisciplinary teams, grant-funded programs, and operational strategies designed to improve patient access, enhance care delivery, and advance health equity.

Throughout her career, Christina has championed innovative approaches to addressing healthcare disparities and reducing barriers to care for diverse and underserved populations. Her professional experience spans healthcare operations, grant development and management, community health, and autism advocacy, including previous work with Autism Speaks. She is passionate about building meaningful partnerships among healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to create more accessible, inclusive, and patient-centered systems of care.
