Carianne D'Oriano

Carianne D’Oriano, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, she practices from a Health At Every Size® (HAES®) and anti-diet framework, guiding clients toward body liberation and a more peaceful relationship with food. Carianne earned dual Master’s degrees in Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania in 2014 and has been dedicated to the field ever since. She is a Primary Therapist at Within Health, a virtual treatment center for eating disorders, and the owner of Shore Wellness Counseling, where she provides compassionate, weight-inclusive outpatient therapy.
