I specialize in helping adults, parents, and parents to be, overcome anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and the overwhelm of grief that is keeping them stuck and small so they can run towards what makes them feel worthy, empowered, healed, and balanced. My practice also supports those experiencing pregnancy loss, infant loss, and infertility.
