My practice focuses on childhood ages 5+ (ages 10+ for telehealth) through young adult counseling. I am open to working with adults on a case-by-case basis. I work with my clients to provide a safe and trusting relationship where they can learn developmentally appropriate tools and techniques to handle the issues and situations that they are presented within their lives. I focus on strengths to help build confidence in starting the work needed to help change unhealthy habits. I also help families, when working with young clients, establish healthy boundaries and restore power to its appropriate place. I do not offer couples or marital therapy.
