Bonnie Irey

My name is Bonnie. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Seattle, Washington. I provide therapeutic services for couples, individuals, children, teens, and families in my Eastlake office or through video sessions.

I believe therapy is an opportunity to break away and thoughtfully examine the life we have lived and who we hope to continue to be. As a therapist, I value providing you with tools and deep self-reflections to strengthen your self-awareness and build confidence through active participation in your presence and purpose, helping you live life more intentionally and authentically.

My therapeutic approach focuses on those who experience anxiety, depression, poor sense of self, relationship conflict, insecure attachments, and difficulties with creating and maintaining boundaries.
