Bailey Uhl

I’m a mental health advocate, social worker, and nature-loving adventurer. I find joy in self-care, spontaneous outings, and staying active through hiking, gardening, and sports. I show love through cooking (aka “Bailey Crocker”) and believe growth comes from trying new things. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker using CBT and Mindfulness-Based Counseling to support adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, PTSD, and relationship issues. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered. I look forward to speaking with you!
