Ashley Gardner

Ashley M. Gardner, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, CARN-AP, NEA-BC, CPHQ is the Enterprise Vice President of Nursing for Recovery Centers of America, where she provides strategic and clinical leadership for addiction treatment services across multiple states. With more than a decade of experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, nursing leadership, quality improvement, and clinical operations, Dr. Gardner is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Addictions Registered Nurse–Advanced Practice (CARN-AP).

Dr. Gardner earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Executive Leadership and is recognized for her expertise in substance use disorder treatment, withdrawal management, and medication assisted treatment. She is passionate about advancing evidence-based addiction care and educating healthcare professionals on best practices in the assessment and management of withdrawal and post-acute withdrawal syndrome (PAWS).
