Ally Kayton

Ally Kayton, IMHC, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC, is a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of NICU experience and the founder of Sage & Stone Holistic Counseling. She has dedicated her career to supporting families through high-risk pregnancies, NICU journeys, and perinatal loss, blending evidence-based medicine with holistic, trauma-informed care.

In addition to her clinical practice, Allyson is a registered mental health intern and integrative counselor specializing in perinatal and neonatal trauma, infertility, postpartum mood disorders, and grief and loss. Drawing on her background in yoga therapy, breathwork, and nurse life coaching, she helps women, families, and clinicians build resilience, process trauma, and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.
