Adrian Lira, PhD, LPC-S

Adrian Lira, PhD, LPC-S, is the Director of Professional Development at The Menninger Clinic and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine. In this role, he leads hospital-wide training, continuing education, and workforce development initiatives. Dr. Lira specializes in multicultural competence, trauma-informed care, clinical supervision, and suicide assessment and treatment. He is passionate about advancing equity in mental health care and strengthening post-licensure development for the behavioral health workforce.
