Does it feel like the ground you're walking on is crumbling beneath you? Is your teen struggling in school? Are your relationships broken and you don't know what to do? I am passionate about helping teens and adults live a full life and believe deeply that humans are fully capable of learning and growing, amidst hardship. Behavior is a process by which we communicate and get our needs met. Whether that need is basic or emotional, I love helping others feel fulfilled by challenging ineffective behaviors or beliefs that are barriers to goal attainment and overall success.

Each one of us is complex and unique. There's not a one-size-fits all method to therapy. Working through anxiety, stress or a broken relationship may look different for you. As a therapist, my work begins inward, embraces self-acceptance and makes space for positive connections with self and others.
