About
Overview
Momentum Recovery operates highly individualized substance use and mental health treatment programs for young adults in the vibrant coastal city of Wilmington, North Carolina. The Creek, our young men’s program, and The Cove, our young women’s program specialize in providing clinically driven, comprehensive support for those seeking whole life wellness. We are highly experiential in nature and strive not only to meet our clients and their families where they are, but also to propel them forward in their recovery process. We operate four distinct levels of care within both The Creek and The Cove programs including primary treatment, extended care, transitional living, and outpatient support.
