Overview

Jessica Eiseman, MS, LPC-S, NCC (she/her) is a fully licensed professional counselor supervisor in the state of Texas and a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor through the NBCC. She has been an LPC Supervisor for over six years. Jessica has been training supervisors for five years, both for the 40-hour LPC supervision training and LPC supervisor CEUs. She has an extensive background in mental health services, including working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma, severe mental illnesses, and psychosis in various settings. Other clinical experience includes working for Baylor College of Medicine’s Psychiatry and Neuroscience departments, where she ran behavioral interventions in a clinical research setting with individuals with schizophrenia, as well as brain imaging research, including diagnostic assessments, with veterans with PTSD, depression, and traumatic brain injury.
Jessica owns and operates a group practice, Ajana Therapy & Clinical Services, where she sees clients and oversees 18 other clinicians and counselors in training. Much of her work has been providing therapy and assessing children, adolescents, individuals, and families for minority, low-income, and vulnerable populations. Additionally, she has been providing mental health forensic evaluations and expert witness testimony for immigrants seeking asylum due to traumas, such as genocides, child marriages, human trafficking, and gender and sexuality-based violence. Jessica is also Level 1 IFS trained through the IFS Institute. She has substantial experience with, and a passion for, working with, maternal mental health, women and girls with ADHD, the LGBTQ+/SOGI population, and individuals who are neurodivergent.
