Presenters

Krista Day-Gloe, LCSW is the owner and clinical director of Healing Roots Wellness Center in Kansas City, Missouri. She is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and the intersection of eating disorders, trauma, chronic health conditions, and neurodiversity. Krista is the author of Body-Led Mental Health, a blog that integrates neuroscience and compassionate, body-centered practices, and the author of the workbook Mood & Moon: A Guide to Understanding Hormones, Mood, and the Nervous System. She is known for her body-led approach to mental health, weaving together research on hormones, neurobiology, and the nervous system to help clients and clinicians understand how the body shapes emotional and behavioral patterns. In addition to her clinical work, Krista develops educational programs and trainings for professionals, focusing on the link between hormones, mood, and nervous system regulation.
