Description
The final session integrates alliance science, clinical reflection, and psychometric interpretation by helping participants understand how Care Predictor can be used as a relational development tool over time. Participants will review the construct architecture of the CPI, explore how trait interactions may influence alliance and outcome risk, and examine how longitudinal use of the measure can support supervision, self-awareness, and professional growth. The session culminates in the creation of a personalized Relational Growth Plan and defines what it means to become Care Predictor Certified.

Capstone Project: Relational Growth Plan
Participants complete and submit a final certification project that includes:
- Baseline Reflection
What did CPI #1 reveal about my relational starting point?
- Growth Reflection
What did CPI #2, session exercises, and field logs help me understand about my patterns under stress?
- Alliance Profile
What are my primary relational strengths?
Where am I at risk for drift, over-functioning, pseudo-alliance, burnout, or rigidity?
- Clinical Application
How do these patterns affect bond, goals, tasks, rupture, repair, pacing, boundary sensitivity, and retention?
- Three Development Goals
2–3 concrete relational goals for the next 3–6 months
- Practice Commitments
What supervision, reflection, or behavioral practices will support these goals?
- Re-measurement Plan
How and when will I reassess growth?
This capstone should integrate material from all previous milestones and demonstrate that the participant can use Care Predictor as a developmental, alliance-informed tool.
