Seniors have always been at a high risk for mental health issues, however the Covid-19 Pandemic has increased that risk. Isolation, lack of communication with loved ones and hopelessness are putting our seniors at risk for suicide.
Presenters
Cindi Jeffrey, LMHP, LISW is a mom who is following her God-given path of helping others. She is a work in progress, however, she knows that she was put on this earth to empower people to reach their next goal! With a Master’s Degree in Social Work, a PhD in parenting, and an honorary degree in creative writing, she is heading out on a quest to make a difference and bring women together. Book knowledge only gets someone so far, however, experiences can fill the pages of those books. Cindi j Jeffrey evolved from a long history of bumps, detours, and uncharted territories.
