Educational Goal
The educational goal of this presentation is to increase attendees’ understanding of higher levels of care for their patients and how to make referrals for patients.
Description
This session will provide therapists with an overview to better understand the landscape of higher levels of care. Therapists and providers will learn the ins and outs of higher levels of care, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Residential treatment, to better understand the continuum of care. Attendees will understand how to best make a referral for a patient needing these treatment options.

Presenters
Dr. Moshe Winograd is a Licensed Psychologist and owner of Rejuvenate Counseling, a group practice that works with families and their loved ones, helping them navigate treatment for substance abuse and serious mental illness. Other areas of specialty include couples counseling and pregnancy-related issues. He is also an adjunct professor at Touro. He volunteers for Knafayim (running men’s pregnancy loss support groups). He lives in Boca Raton with his wife and four children.
