Participants will understand the commonalities and differences in legal state access programs, including considerations for licensed professionals. They will gain insights into the field of psychedelic harm reduction and how psychedelic services can be integrated into a professional practice.
Description
Three states have adopted new legal landscapes for the use of the natural psychedelic medicine, psilocybin mushrooms. Each state offers licensure for trained facilitators with Colorado being the first to ensure that licensed clinicians and medical professionals can offer natural medicine services without interference from licensing boards. This workshop will offer a review of legal state systems, highlights of clinically validated harm reduction methods and techniques for facilitation of psychedelics, and insights from the clinical experience of Dr. Lisa VonderHaar who is now incorporating psilocybin sessions into her

Rose Moulin-Franco, Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator (Oregon), Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator (Colorado), Certified Professional Coach, Certified Integral Consciousness Master Coach
A former outpatient trauma and addiction treatment center owner and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Rose Moulin-Franco, has found the path of conscious awakening to be the only enduring cure for human suffering. She is a Licensed Psilocybin and Natural Medicine Facilitator, Certified Integral Consciousness Master Coach and an expert consultant and trainer in legal state Psychedelic Services. Over the past 28 years, she has been immersed in the creation of holistic strategies for recovery from trauma and addiction, and has developed protocols that integrate psychedelics into the recovery process.
Rose is a subject matter expert in traumatic stress; addiction recovery; meta-psychology; integral consciousness; natural medicine preparation, facilitation and integration protocols; entheogenic ceremony; mystical and yogic traditions; and non-ordinary states of awareness for healing and personal growth. She is the founder and co-owner of Case Davis LLC, a national psychedelic services company with operations in every legal state. She is the Executive Director of Transcendence Retreat, the nation’s first psilocybin-assisted, 30-day, addiction recovery retreat, and is the Program Director for Bodhi Academy Psychedelic Facilitator Training.

Lisa VonderHaar, PhD., Psychologist, Certified Master Psychedelic Practitioner
Lisa M VonderHaar, Ph.D. is committed to providing therapeutic, compassionate and empowering mental health services while keeping it affordable. She approaches psychotherapy from a holistic perspective, recognizing that we are linked in body, mind, heart and spirit. Her primary focus in psychotherapy is dealing with issues of the mind and heart, but she uses techniques to increase body awareness and spiritual development when appropriate, while maintaining respect for each individual's belief system and life meaning.
Dr. Lisa, as she is often called, received her Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology -Fresno (now called Alliant International University) in 1982. She obtained a minor in rural psychology and has worked in rural settings all but one of her 30 years in practice. She began her practice in Placerville, CA, working in several rural Sierra foothill communities. In 1996, Dr. Lisa, along with her husband and two children relocated to a small mountain town in Grand County, CO where she has maintained a private practice for almost 20 years. Dr. Lisa has been a member of the American Psychological Association since 1984.
In 2024, Dr. Lisa completed a 6-month training program and practicum in Psychedelic Facilitation. She was certified as a Master Psychedelic Practitioner and has been incorporating psilocybin sessions for her clients with great success. She is a member of The Guides Collective community of psychedelic practitioners. Dr. Lisa is known for her honest, straightforward, non-judgmental and compassionate style.
