Presenters

Tara Robinson, EdD, LCMHC, LPC, is a licensed therapist, speaker, and educator specializing in mindset alignment, emotional regulation, and leadership development for high-capacity individuals. She is the founder of All About the Heart Counseling and Consulting, LLC, where she integrates clinical expertise with performance-based strategies to support sustainable change in both personal and professional functioning. A retired U.S. Marine with over 20 years of service, including leadership and combat experience, Dr. Robinson brings a unique perspective to the counseling field through her work in Integrated Mental Toughness. Her approach emphasizes self-leadership, psychological flexibility, and nervous system awareness to help clients and professionals navigate stress, enhance resilience, and improve decision-making. Dr. Robinson has experience as an adjunct professor and is committed to advancing the field through counselor education, practical application, and ethical, evidence-informed practice.
