Educational Goal
Description
This training equips counseling interns, associate-level clinicians, and therapists under supervision with strategies to maximize the benefits of both individual and group supervision. Participants will learn the purpose and structure of supervision, including its role in clinical growth, ethical practice, and client safety. The course covers practical expectations such as preparation, professionalism, and openness, while exploring supervision formats and best practices for case staffing, administrative questions, and personal well-being check-ins.
