Description
The one-hour presentation titled "Current Use of Novel Psychoactive Drugs Across the US" provides a comprehensive overview of novel psychoactive drugs (NPDs) in the United States. Participants will explore what defines these substances, delve into current usage statistics and demographic influences, and examine the physiological and psychological risks and benefits associated with NPDs. Additionally, the course will cover the evolving legal landscape and its implications for healthcare, as well as the clinical challenges in diagnosing and treating patients affected by these drugs.
