Description
This program will start with the question, “What does this say about me that I feel, think, react or behave this way?” This question allows clinicians to look inside so they can keep a thoughtful, non-reactive and centered solid self presence in their work.
This presentation will be informed by Family Systems theory and Internal Family Systems theory. Participants will explore interpersonal and intrapersonal relational dynamics. The interpersonal realm of self and others will highlight the concept of differentiation. The intrapersonal realm of self and parts will highlight the concept of unblending. Focusing on both areas will provide a path forward to keep the Self in the driver’s seat.
