Description
This session offers a deeply personal narrative, as Cohn reflects on her own intergenerational trauma, childhood neglect, and eventual path to healing. She details her early years growing up in the shadow of Holocaust survivor parents and the emotional voids that shaped her. The origin of her clinical work on neglect is traced back to a long-running men's therapy group. These stories illustrate how neglect often hides behind high-functioning exteriors.
