Description
This workshop will teach the most effective brief behavioral strategies for treating insomnia in busy oncology settings and show clinicians how to integrate digital health tools—such as apps and wearable devices—into care. Participants will learn how to use these technologies to strengthen engagement and promote adherence to proven interventions.

A Harvard College graduate with high honors and Johns Hopkins medical school alum, Dr. Maytal completed his psychiatry residency at Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital and fellowship at Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
