Cynthia holds a Doctorate in Education (EdD) from the University of Southern California, specializing in organizational change and leadership, which has been instrumental in her success in reorganizing and strategizing for improvements in behavioral health-related services. Her unique combination of skills, qualifications, and commitment to excellence positions her as a valuable asset in the realm of mental health and addiction treatment services.

Cynthia has a proven track record in establishing and nurturing partnerships with external referral sources to facilitate growth opportunities. Notably, Cynthia has driven revenue growth within outpatient and inpatient mental health settings, including successfully establishing new psychiatric service lines across multiple states.
