Description
It is a common practice among therapists to work on skill development with clients in the healing of their relationships and family interactions. With foundational resourcing of Clarity & Calm in one’s thoughts and emotions, the application of skills such as adaptive communication and boundary setting can be most effective and connective. In this module, the vital elements for connection will be detailed. Participants will learn updated perspectives on adaptive communication and conflict resolution, how to support a client’s work to embody boundaries, and trauma-informed approaches to self-care practices.
