Description
Emotional Sobriety entails adopting a distinct lifestyle, particularly in our interpersonal relationships. Emotional dependency is detrimental and establishes unenforceable rules, leading to a tyranny of the shoulds. This creates an unattainable existence and impedes relationships from becoming a source of mutual inspiration and sustenance. Emotional sobriety necessitates relinquishing these rules and shoulds, replacing them with a consciousness that accommodates two individuals. This workshop will explore how emotional sobriety can assist us in cultivating the most favorable attitude and behavior in our relationships.
