Description
What happens when we move beyond talking about healing and begin to experience it? This presentation introduces an experiential and somatic approach to eating disorders treatment, emphasizing the integration of body-based awareness with creative interventions. Through guided exercises and reflection, participants will explore how moving beyond cognitive insight can enhance engagement, regulation, and therapeutic outcomes.
