Description

Licensure for independent practice is the final step for psychologists entering the field. However, the tasks needed to complete this process are not always well understood, and uncertainties remain regarding the EPPP (Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology) and other objective examinations. While the specific steps vary by jurisdiction, this webinar will discuss the basic processes for obtaining licensure as a psychologist, including requirements, tips for when to pursue, and other considerations. We will also discuss the format and nature of the EPPP, which is used by all jurisdictions in the U.S. and Canada, with the goal of demystifying this examination as it pertains to licensure.
