Description
In tumultuous times, workplace tensions run high. Leaders under pressure may struggle to act with compassion – leaving their colleagues feeling unsupported and in a state of stress that can inhibit effectiveness and send culture downhill fast.
The good news? Compassion is coachable. Discover the 9 key behaviors compassionate leaders flex most – and how to develop them in any (yes, ANY!) leader.
We will share research findings about the relationship between compassion and leadership effectiveness across the board – not just relational effectiveness. Our evidence-based approach to developing compassionate leaders is based on a global sample of 5,765 leaders. The results will be brought to life through small and large group discussions that draw on the wisdom of the room and turn research findings into insights that attendees can apply to their consulting work immediately. This will be an engaging and interactive session.
