Description

This presentation will discuss creative approaches to working with complex family systems. Discussion will include creating a framework to decipher identifying needs and strategies to work with complex family systems from a creative lens. Participants will work on developing new strategies and effective implementation in new approaches for systemic growth and health.

Presenters

Ari Drosman LMFT

Ari Drosman is the Chief Visionary Officer at Resurface Group and has been actively helping others for ove 20 years. As an LMFT, Ari has worked in a variety of settings with a vast array of clients ranging from women- focused care, adolescents, and families. Ari brings a deep level of advanced research and experience in addiction, pervasive mental illness, neurodivergence, pharmacology, and creative approaches to therapeutic care. Ari spent years as both an active clinician as well as educator in these areas. Ari is credited with the original development of the Resurface approach nearly two decades ago, realizing the need to provide alternative care for diverse clients and families. Ari enjoys accessing his passions not only in his clinical and supervisory work, but also in his family (wife Leslie, son Gavin, and dogs Maya and Einstein), farming, raising his chickens (to date there are 19), surfing, music (he and Gavin have attended countless concerts together), and art. Ari brings a spirit of dedication, deep skill, and a very healthy dose of levity to the Resurface family.
