Module 2: The educational goal of this presentation is for participants to gain tools to express compassionate accountability while processing and understanding racial bias in a practice setting

Description

Module one of this training is an experiential and interactive process that compassionately and tactfully addresses the underlying root causes of racial bias and trauma, and brings into conscious awareness hard-wired beliefs, perceptions and emotions held in the unconscious mind, so that they can be expressed, processed and released.  This training engages participants in transparent conversations where they feel safe and accepted, regardless of their beliefs, patterns, and ideologies around racial bias.

Module two of this training guides participants through interactive and experiential exercises to process and release trauma, shame, guilt, and fatigue around racial bias. This training will give participants tools to express compassionate accountability towards themselves and others and to maintain the emotional balance of clarity, freedom, and relief achieved during the process.
