Curious about what it means to be a Care Navigator with TPN.match? Join us for a live Q&A to hear directly from our team about this flexible role.

As a Care Navigator, you're the human connection between someone seeking care and the right provider. You'll conduct 30-minute consultations, match patients to their best-fit therapist within our verified network, and support them through scheduling their first appointment. It's meaningful, flexible work that pays per match.

In this session, we'll walk through what the process looks like, the training required, and share what to expect if you decide to join. Our Care Navigation team currently achieves a 95% first-match success rate, with most patients placed within a day - and that's made possible by clinicians like you.

We are especially looking for Care Navigators in the following states: AZ, IN, NE, SD, WV, AR, and OR

Kolby Nance, LMHC and President of TPN.match
Kolby is a licensed mental health counselor, entrepreneur, and behavioral health technologist with experience spanning private practice, consulting, and care navigation technology. As President of TPN.match, he leads the TPN.match team focused on clinically matching clients with their best fit therapist. Kolby holds a Master's in Clinical Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary and a BBA from the University of Tennessee.
Lindsay Wittrock, LPC and Care Coordinator Supervisor at TPN.match
Lindsay is a licensed professional counselor with experience in outpatient therapy, mental health rehabilitation, care navigation, and education. She holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Stout.
