Mackenzie "Mack" Jantsch, MS, LMFT, graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Master's of Science specialization in Marital and Family Therapy. Mack worked at Youth Services of Tulsa for 5 years before joining the adolescent treatment team at Laureate's Eating Disorder Program. Mack is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Currently, she is finishing up certification criteria for both EMDR and CEDS (Certified Eating Disorder Specialist). Recent presentations include how to engage adolescents in healthy social media use, improving body image in family systems and, utilizing siblings in eating disorder treatment. Mack has a passion for using family systems and trauma-informed care to help families navigate how to handle the stress and challenges of raising an adolescent in today's world.

Brittney Greer, LPC-MHSP, NCC, is the Founder and Executive Director of Haven of Hope Eating Disorder Care Center and has more than 10 years of experience specializing in the treatment of eating disorders across levels of care. She previously served as Haven of Hope’s Executive Clinical Director and has experience in clinical program development, leadership, and the treatment of complex eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Brittney earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Alabama, with a specialization in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor–Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) and Board Qualified Supervisor in Tennessee, is EMDR trained, has completed Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 training and is pursuing Level 2 training, and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS). Her clinical work has focused extensively on the intersection of eating disorders, trauma, attachment, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Her experience spans direct clinical care, supervision, program development, and leadership within higher levels of eating disorder treatment.

Elizabeth "Libby" Parks, LCSW, CEDS, serves as the Clinical Social Work Lead at the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Severe Malnutrition, where she has been providing care since 2019. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College and her Master of Social Work from New York University Silver School of Social Work. Libby is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp™), reflecting her deep commitment to evidence-based, specialized care. Libby began her career in eating disorder treatment in 2015 as a behavioral health technician at a residential program for adult women, later becoming a Primary Therapist and then Lead Therapist for a PHP/IOP site serving adolescents and adults. She also has experience providing outpatient psychotherapy for individuals with eating disorders, body image concerns, and mood and anxiety disorders. Prior to specializing in eating disorders, Libby worked in inpatient psychiatric care at a Level 1 trauma hospital in New York and supported first-time mothers and their babies through the Denver-based Nurse-Family Partnership. Her clinical work is informed by research and scholarship, including publications on the psychotherapeutic treatment of co-occurring eating disorders and PTSD and on severe and enduring anorexia nervosa, such as Psychotherapeutic Treatment of Co-Occurring Eating Disorders and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Severe and Enduring Anorexia Nervosa and Futility: A Time for Every Purpose.

Leslie Reagan Plaia, M.Ed., LPC, CEDS-C is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist with fourteen years of clinical experience in substance use, primary mental health, and eating disorders. She also brings nine years of leadership experience across nonprofit and for-profit organizations, with a focus on program development, operations, and community collaboration. Leslie is the Executive Director of Magnolia Creek Treatment Center for Eating Disorders, a residential and outpatient treatment center for adults and teens with eating disorders and other co-occurring conditions. Leslie previously served in various positions at Magnolia Creek, notably as a therapist, Clinical Program Coordinator, and later Clinical Director nearly ten years ago. Prior to rejoining Magnolia Creek, she served as Executive Director of a national nonprofit dedicated to providing resources and tangible solutions to address addiction and mental health challenges. Her recent leadership roles also include Director of Clinical Services for a national eating disorder treatment center and founding Program Director of the Recovery Resource Center in Birmingham, Alabama. In that role, she worked to increase access to treatment for individuals with substance use disorders, reduce barriers to care, and eliminate stigma surrounding addiction and recovery across the state.
