Telesupervision: Benefits, challenges & solutions; Ethics, standards & legalities; Best practices; Evaluation; Wellness; 1.5 hours CE; 2 hours maximum to allow for Q & A.
Educational Goal
Louisiana licensed social workers engaging in telesupervision are required to complete 1.5 hours of continuing education in telesupervision. This workshop allows for an additional 30 minutes of Q & A.

Presenters
Gina L. Signorelli is an attorney and licensed clinical social worker with 25+ years of social work experience in the areas of direct practice, program development, administration, management, and supervision. She earned a Master of Social Work from Tulane University (1999) and a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center (2019). Signorelli taught law school courses and published articles providing solutions for the psychological and social effects of legal immigration waivers and challenges for non-English speakers in the American justice system. She maintains a private psychotherapy practice, practices law, teaches at the graduate level at Tulane University School of Social Work, and serves as the supervision consultant for the Louisiana State Board of Social Work Examiners.
