Description

This AMBIT (Adaptive Mentalization Based Integrative Treatment) Workshop will feature a blend of academic lectures and interactive skill-building activities, and attendees will leave equipped with AMBIT techniques they can immediately put into practice. The AMBIT system of care has shown to be effective for clients who struggle with complex relationships with trust, change, and hope, and the workers that support them. This workshop will be beneficial for practitioners who want to enhance their ability to support themselves, their teams and their colleagues through a mentalization-based approach.

AMBIT Consultation: Building a Community of Practice (non-CE event)

Following the workshop series, participants who want to stay connected and continue learning are invited to join four additional group consultation sessions designed to foster an ongoing sense of community and mutual support. These sessions provide a collaborative space to bring real cases, team moments, and leadership challenges, exploring them together through an AMBIT lens. Together, we will engage in shared reflection, creative problem-solving, and hands-on skill practice to deepen our understanding of AMBIT. The consultation group will nurture a supportive learning community where participants can help one another, build confidence and connection, and integrate AMBIT into their daily work and organizational systems.
